Zero-Drift Potentiometers for Port Machinery
Eliminate joystick dead zones and signal jitter. We engineer Hall Effect and Wire-Wound sensors specifically for the vibration profiles of Kalmar Reach Stackers and Forklifts.

The Cost of “Signal Jitter”
In precise port operations, a potentiometer isn’t just a resistor—it’s the nervous system of your Reach Stacker. Standard carbon-film units degrade under the salinity and vibration of Ningbo or Rotterdam ports. This creates “dead zones” in joystick movement.
The result? Erratic spreader movement. Safety lockouts. Downtime.
Zhenke Technology solves this with Conductive Plastic and Non-Contact Hall Effect sensors. We replace friction with magnetic fields, ensuring linear output even after 5 years of daily operation.
Hall Effect Technology
Uses magnetic fields to determine position. Zero physical contact between wiper and element. Ideal for main lift joysticks requiring >10 million cycles.
- > immune to vibration
- > Programmable output voltage
Wire-Wound Elements
High power rating and extreme temperature tolerance (-55°C to +125°C). The preferred choice for throttle position sensors and older Kalmar legacy systems.
Hermetic Sealing
Double O-ring shaft seals and epoxy-potted terminals. Prevents salt spray ingress, protecting the resistive track from corrosion typical in ocean freight terminals.
