VIBRATION ELIMINATION
A misaligned flange destroys gearbox seals and differential bearings. Zhenke flanges feature Cross-Cut (XC) Serrations that interlock perfectly with Kessler drive axles, preventing micro-movements under high torque.
- Material: Forged 42CrMo4 steel (Higher tensile strength than cast iron).
- Balancing: Dynamic balanced to G6.3 grade @ 3000 RPM.
- Fitment: Compatible with Dana Spicer 1710 / 1810 Series.
PREVENT SHAFT FAILURE
Worn splines cause “clunking” and eventual shaft shearing. Drag to compare a damaged yoke with a new Zhenke forged unit.

Every flange is spun to 3000 RPM to ensure vibration-free operation.
MAINTENANCE FAQ
Check the face serration (Cross-Cut vs. Smooth), measure the Pilot Diameter, and count the bolt holes. For Kalmar reach stackers, usually Mechanics (block key) or DIN (serrated) styles are used.
Shearing is often caused by loose bolts allowing the flange faces to slip against each other. Once friction grip is lost, the bolts take the full shear load and fail. Always use Grade 12.9 bolts and torque to spec.
If the serrations or bolt holes are elongated, NO. Using a worn flange will cause run-out, vibration, and premature failure of the new U-joints and transmission output seals.
