Cheap remanufactured alternators often use aluminum windings to cut costs. This increases resistance and heat, leading to premature failure under the high electrical loads of modern Kalmar Reach Stackers (AC, Lights, Computers).
Zhenke Alternators are built with 100% Oxygen-Free Copper windings and oversized rectifiers. This ensures stable voltage output even when internal temperatures exceed 90°C.
